I need to get my return address changed, regarding my DV-2003 lottery. Has anyone
used the National Visa Center to change their address? Do they respond well? Answer
calls, return emails - and subsequently apply those changes requested?
Thanks,
DVM

It could possibly be better to simply fill out a mail-forwarding slip at your local
post office

I have found the NVC to be pretty good about changing addresses. It's a little tricky
to get a human being on the phone, but it can be done. Hint: if you are having a hard
time getting a human being, enter a fictitious INS number in the automated system.
