How to change interview date?

Hi friends,
How to change interview date for Immigrant visa (DV)? in the case that applicant miss the first appointment could he still ask for another interview date?

If you really need to change your interview date, make sure you notify the embassy in plenty of time to give you a new date to attend. Don't just "not show up" for your original date, and then try to get a new one.
