How to answer status question on AOS app for married K1

How to answer status question on AOS app for married K1
I assume the correct answer to the current status question on AOS,
EMPLOYMENT and ADVANCED PAROLE requests is "OUT OF STATUS" for my wife, who
married me within the 90 days allowed, but whose visa expired afterwards and
prior to our filing these applications...is that correct?

Eeek,
I would never say "out of status" !
Our entry on that line was "Adjustment of status applicant resultant to entry on K1 visa"

No. Just put in K-1.
In a strange way, I've had this confirmed by the on-line e-filing forms I-765 EAD application.

I have always used K1 for the forms & my hubby hasnt had any problems putting that on the forms.
