Re: Houston bound
Now on to interview, assuming nothing turns up in the blood and urine tests, which I'm pretty confident about.

Yeah they said they would call if I needed to do anything, and would have the results in a few days. Interview is on the 5th December, lots to do between now and then!

Re: Houston bound
So, interview is in a couple of days and it's all very very real! I'm putting together my documents now, I've got the following:
Letter from embassy & copy
DS-160 confirmation & copy
Police certificate & copy
Long form birth certificate & copy
Application confirmation email & courier confirmation & copy
I-134 original & copy
Supporting evidence for I-134 (fiancee's tax return, letter from employer, letter from bank, summary of investment accounts)
Vaccination record from Knightsbridge doctor
4 * US size photos
Passport & old passport
I <3 Texas sticker (good luck present from the missus!)
Think I've got everything!

The good thing now is you don't need to worry about paying bills and money changing hands at the interview for K-1.
That's paid online now prior to the interview. Looks like Pugilation has it going by "courier confirmation & copy".

Re: Houston bound
And done! Process was pretty straightforward in the end, handed over my documents to the first officer, went and sat down again for an hour, then a quick and painless interview.
Now to wait for my passport and finish up things at work
*HUGE* thanks to everyone for the advice and help during the process, has really made a massive difference.

Congrats! Safe travels to Houston! We moved to Houston last September! It's a great city from what we have explored so far (which is not much considering the size lol).
