Hopeless?!
Hi, can anyone please tell me if there is a hope for me to get green card. I entered
US as visitor in 1992. Soon after I got married to US citizen but it was abusive
relathionship. Ended up getting devorce after 3 years. I did not apply for a green
card during thie marriage. My lawyer told me it's too late to apply for a green card
for a domestic violence victim. I have a yound child and I really like to have a
green card or at least working visa. Please help.
