Default Here we go again!!! London Embassy

Ok I recieved my packet 4 this week,Thing is the London Embassy sent one form of everything!!!
I am Hoping to take my Daughter with me!!!!
I called them today to inform them that they did not send 2 of these forms.....And that I would need another set for my Daughter as she has an interview with them the same time!!!
They told me to EMAIL them.....Surly if I was telling them the problem on the phone they could have sent another packet out????
I just don't believe this....
Now I have to wait for a reply from the email to find out what to do about this.......CRAZY.....
Has anyone else had this problem and how was it solved???

Sal.. if you want/have the wherewithall, download the forms and print out .. ..
This will be the quickest.. and also will cover you in the event of making mistakes on the originals.

Do you need the link to the Forms and fees pages..

I believe packet four is interview confirmation, instructions on how to
find the Doctor's surgery, etc. Does the interview letter mention both
names? I don't think there is anything special about the forms
themselves. If your daughter is listed on the letter then I would simply
copy the forms (unless one is a multi-part form in which case I would
probably make as many copies as there are pages)

Sal

As Pete said down load them from the embassy web site, it seems that this happens from time to time.
Good luck with the interview kit

Hi all

I have downloaded the Bio data worksheet but the paying in slip for the visa application fee I cannot download,Plus its the USA Medical questionnaire!!!! My Daughter is 18 and yes her name is mentioned on the interview letter.
On the instructions with the letter it say's, a separate form and separate visa application fee are required for each person who will be applying for a visa.

Thanks again for all your help.

Sorry Sal.. I misread.. Thought it was Pkt3.. The other pkt4 forms arent available on the web as far as I know.. Yes.. you need the forms for your Daughter.. The payment form is available separatly from Scotland I think.. but you had best wait for London..

I suspect you will only need one paying in slip for both (but I suppose
you should verify that). My wife and I did DCF in London last year so my
memory of it is not as good as it was but isn't that questionnaire just
a single page?

Yes, you will pay for both.

Yes it is a single sheet,So I could photo copy it but Don't want to put any blocks in the way.
Its the paying in slip I'm concerned about,We need to pay this before the Interview and the Embassy has gotten slow on their emails!!!
Hope I get it in time.

I see your interview date is the 4th of Feb, so you still have plenty of time for them to send you other.
