I called Vermont to find out if they had mailed my petition back because it has
been 3 weeks, since they said they mailed it supposedly, they now tell me it's lost
never been mailed. What do we do? I am so frustrated. I have copies of everything,
just very leery of sending another petition chances of getting "lost" again i think
are great.

First, I would have my congressman's immigration liaison check with them and see if
he/she gets the same response. If so, you have no choice except to send another
petition, using the copies that you have. Alvena See the Doc Steen site here:
http://www.mindspring.com/~docsteen/...o/visainfo.htm I am not a lawyer, and this
is not immigration advice. The information I provide is mostly gleaned from old
newsgroup posts and visa links on the internet. If you want or need a lawyer, go to:

Before I would send another package, I would want to find out why they were returning it to you in the first place? This way you would send out the package again with the proper documents/information so there is no RFE.
