You also face a problem of healthcare for your oldest son, assuming he needs any kind of ongoing care. Once a child reaches a certain, I think it's now 27, they are removed from parents health insurance. You would have to get him onto Medicaid, or whatever aid would be available in your home state, assuming he would be eligible.
If you want to live in the, you certainly have an uphill struggle on your hands to get all of your children here. You need to do plenty of research, and talk to an attorney to get all your ducks in a row. |
