help me please cant sleep in night

hello all never post here before and sorry about the poor english i
will try my best to tell you what happen to me
first i'm US citizen since 1998 got married in philadelphia once and
got marriage certificate but never apply to INS we seperate but never
got divorce
went to korea last winter met lovely girl got married again in seoul
korea US embassy and got marriage certificate
i filed february I130 for my wife in korea and recieve letter that
they have been recieve my file
try to file K3 visa for my wife in korea
my first wife want to divorce so i bought lawyer to get divorce and
its in process take about 1/2yr
i'm not sure INS will find that i was marry in philadelphia and never
got divorce
wondering what if they find that i was marry in philadelphia what will
happen to me
none of this marriage was fraud or for money we was love each other
i dont know what will happen and i really missed her so much adn i
want to see her soon as posible

What can happen right now is that you can be charged with bigamy
(marrying someone else when you are already married).
The previous marriage means that you illegally petitioned for wife #2.
You need a lawyer to sort out your marriage mess and the bigamy.
You also need an immigration lawyer to sort out the immigration mess you
created.

What can happen right now is that you can be charged with bigamy
(marrying someone else when you are already married).
The previous marriage means that you illegally petitioned for wife #2.
You need a lawyer to sort out your marriage mess and the bigamy.
You also need an immigration lawyer to sort out the immigration mess you
created.

I would like to add that INS will know because all marriages become
part of court record and INS pulls that file to check your background.
