Hi, my fiance & I are going over the I130 & I129F Forms while she is still
here. She leaves Feb 6th, then I am going to Ecuador to marry her on May
10th & then when I get back I will fill out the forms to get her back here
on a K3 Visa.

Anyways, looking at the forms, there are some questions I am uncertain about
& would appreciate your help.

I130: (Question 1) Name: When my fiance marries me, she is going to use her
last name & my last name hyphenated. She is Latin so its kinda similar to
what she was now. Anways on the form, do I list her name as it will be here
in the USA or her maiden name?

(Question 10) Alien Registration#. My fiance is currently here on a work
visa. Would she already have this # & where on her Visa is it located?
Also she has a social security # because she is working here. Will this
make things a lot easier when she gets back, will the # remain the same?

(Question 15) Name & Address of present employer...is this for my employer
or do they mean her employer (if she is currently in the US)?

I129F (Question 13) Have you ever filed for this fiance before? Do I put
YES since I have already sent in the I130?
