I am a US citizen who works at a Summer Camp and met the man of my dreams
last year (who happens to be from England). We got engaged in London when I
was on a trip to visit him in January. We are finding out it is going to be
a lot harder to be together than we thought but are both willing to do
whatever it takes. We are lucky enough that he is coming back here to work
at the Camp again with me this summer going through the company CCUSA.
Neither of us are "made of money" and we're both still young (23) and need
some advice as to what is going to be the easiest, thriftiest way for us to
be together. In the end of all of this he really wants to live over here but
neither of us are against me moving over there for awhile if that's what lets
us be together sooner. If anyone out there has some advice as to which VISAs
we should go for and which route would be "easiest" it would be much
appreciated. I'm also interested in working while over there to save/make
some money. Thanks!!!

If he does want to move here, you have a choice of either having him come on a fiance visa and then get married in the USA and have him remain here, or you can get married while he's here next time, but he'll have to go back to the UK for his immigrant visa processing. His visa process will be a matter of 6 months to a year to process.
If you want him to immigrate to the USA, and you don't make enough money for the affidavit of support, you can get a joint sponsor to help you out (usually a friend or family member).
Best Wishes,
Rene

One suggestion I would make is to accept the fact that immigration is never "thrifty." In addition to application fees, there are other expenses involved in the visa process as well, not to mention adjusting status later on.

If by easiest you also mean quickest, that would be getting a visa and living in the UK...wouldn't necessarily be cheaper though, either route isn't particularly cheap.

Thank you very much for your advice...We realize that none of this is going
to be easy or cheap we just want to take the route that is the quickest for
us to be together b/c it is so hard for us being apart like this...If you
think of any other pointers our ears are always open...Thanks so much!!!

trust me...we've already accepted the fact that it's not cheap...we just are
looking for people who have gone through what we are going through and have
some tips...if you have them we'd appreciate them...if you don't then thanks
for taking the time to respond in the first place...
