my wife has a green card issued in 1982
she comes back in her country in 1989
and return in usa in 1995 to one year
and in 2002 to 2 years

so now my question is the green card is always available ?

to reactivate the green card I read, if you are 40 quarters of social security
it s possible

Green card has nothing to do with social security. Since she has been in and
out for extended periods, is her card even valid any more?
