If they had made a valid decision to deny based on the information they
had at the time, can you keep reopening the case?

CALLED MY LAWYER
HE SAID since the motion has been dismissed ,so i have to refill again.
However ,I dont trust him that much after what happen to me ,maybe he is looking for more money out of my empty pocket.
so i wont let him again.
I 'm going to re fill again by my self!
