Finally, after waiting for several months. We got our interview date at the london embassy on January 31. I didn't want to post this in a previous thread but we already had an interview date for January 9 but due to unforseen circumstances were not able to go. So we wrote them a letter and they changed the date for us.
NOA #1 August 14
NOA #2 August 23
Notification of interview was January 2 to have an interview on the 9th. We wrote them a letter and they switched the date for us to the 31st. (By the way, our I-797 has expired on December 23 and all I had to do is write them a letter stating that I will still marry him when he arrives to the states). I didn't want to send them the original I-797 and that is what the hold up was for the interview so I finally mailed it to them in December.
Yippeeeeeeeeeee
