Got my K3 approval!! 1st NOA July 23rd.
Dear beloved friends:
Lord does exist!! My way to look at this!!
I heard from INS finally about my K3. This is the exacly what I found from online case status check.
"This case has been approved. On November 12, 2002, an approval notice was mailed. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please speak to an Immigration Information Officer during business hours."
Myu 1st NOA July 23 2002.
Thank you for you care, comfort, support and prayers. I could not go through this without you all. Still quite a way but I have more than enough reason to look forward. Thank you all gain veru much.

You all will hear my friends. Please use you congressman/senator. Mine was wonderful, they helped me out a lot and very kind people. They were checking with INS for me almost by week. I will be praying for you all. Hang in there my frinds.

. God bless you and help you to be unite with your spouse soon. Hay, can you advice me how I can contact my congressman/senator?, I am new in New York state and dont know much about all this.And please if can later on post about the interview.

You may also hear about your I-130 .. That's what happened to us. My I-130
was approved a little after my K3 was approved.

That's indeed incredible. Maybe your Congressman's inquiry put some pressure on Missouri or maybe MSC is finally picking up the speed. Let's hope for the latter. But just in case, I will ask help from my Congress person.

Yes, I got huge help from both my congressman and senetor. Help means I asked them to check on the status and they know what they did?
By the way, my congressman and senetor are great folks and really serves us well.
You guys too talk to your elected official.

It would be Mumbai, India however she has yet to face the Mumbai consulate though our case is simple and straightforward. I am some how shaken by reading all the stories about Mumbai, you never know what they will do.
It was stunting to myself to see my case approved, Thank Lord! You mention the current date is somewhere in mind June, right?

I started contacting my congressman ONLY AFTER the specified time on the 1st NOA. I would wait at least till that time.
