Hi i got my k1 interview june 10 just wanted to know how much stuff to bring like e mails etc and any tips?

If you want to bring any emails for proof of relationship, only bring a few. Bring the originals of anything you or your fiance submitted a copy of. Bring money to pay for the visa (if you didn't already), and to pay for the courier service to return your passport. Bring an extra photocopy of whatever you bring, in case you need to give it to the officer.

For example, our officer (not in London) asked how we kept in touch throughout our relationship. We said by phone. She then asked to see the most recent 6 months of original phone bills. I also had photocopies of the phone bills, and she kept a few for our file. I don't think London is THAT picky, but I was just giving you an example.
