Got my date :-)
Just got back from 2 weeks in the USA (used the time to find an apartment and find all the good eating places in San Jose, CA 
)
When I got back had a nice letter to invite me to my interview on 7th July :-) !
The letter points you to a pdf doc at the link http://london.usembassy.gov/visaforms.html which then points you off to the required documents link LOL
The above link directs you to form IV18 for immigrant visa and IV19 for fiance and K3 visa
