I am going for my citizenship oath in about 2 weeks.
At the back of the INS notice, I have to answer YES or No to 7
questions since my first initial N400 interview.
I just got married last week and I got my marriage license.
So I have to put YES on the box.
Is this going to delay my oath?

The boxes are there so that INS has an up todate accurate picture of your life.

Keep your marriage certificate/document
with you. It's highly unlikely there
will be any change in your oath schedule.
One is required to inform of any
change of maital status on N-445.
Hence, relax and enjoy the ceremony

I had the exact same situation.
I don't know if you have gotten your NOA for the Oath Ceremony yet, but when
you do, it tells you that you should bring your marriage certificate along
to the oath ceremony.
At the oath ceremony everyone has to go through those questions again, and
note any changes. You will simply note your marital status has changed and
give them a copy of your marriage certificate (which they keep). It will
cause no problems or delays.
I was worried about the same thing ehhe
