Getting married while visiting US
Hello, I am visiting USA, and got married with one H1B worker. Can I change my status
to H4 staying in the US?? Is there any restriction for visitor that they can not
apply for H4. Do I need to go back home and apply for H4?? Please response if you are
aware about current rules. I would appreciate it. Regards -Sinthia
