Default getting married to a US citizen

Brussels June 16,2002

Hi there ! I'm a belgian citizen and I met my girl friend in Miami. I already visited
her and her family so many times. Last time, we planned to get married in April
5,2003. After getting married, she planned to move in Belgium and to live here.
Anyway, I enter in US with an B2 Visa and I can stay only 2 weeks then I have to come
back in Belgium. I can't stay no more longer (it depends of the POE). My visa is
valid until end of May 2003. Can you tell me if I can get married next year with my
B2 visa ? and if I visit her every month can I have some problem to enter the US ??
Thanks a lot

Fabian

You may have a problem at POE after you get married and try to enter the US
under B-2.

You probably have questions from the INS officer if you are visiting US frequently,
but should have not a problem.

Also, check out additional info on Marriage:
