Default Getting married but not filing papers. Please advice.

Hello,

My girlfriend and I are planning to get married soon, but we are not
planning to file to get her papers right now. She wants us to go back
to her country right after we get married, and we will probably stay
there for a couple of months. My questions are:

When we come back, she plans to come back as a tourist, so would she
have any problems at all? I'm asking since she is here on a tourist
visa, and I know she is required to show her passport to get our
marriage license (I know it's just a form of identification, I'm just
a little paranoid they will add something to it

We are planning to wait a couple more months (we have some things to
do first) before we file the I-130 and I-485 forms. Would that be
enough?

Thank you so much in advanced for any input.

Possibly... When she comes back as a tourist, does she plan on living in
the US, or will she leave again and obtain a spouse visa?

Thank you squirkie. I truly appreciate your comments. We will now
think this more thoroughly before we do anything, because I don't
think it's worth all the trouble. However, if I could find a way for
her to go back to her country after we get married and file her
papers, then everyone would be happy

Thanks again

Henry
