Hi,
I need to bring my wife and son to USA on H4 VISA. Unfortunately I did
not register my Marriage India.
I have all the marriage Photos, My Wife's passport has my name as
Husband. My Son's passport has my name and my wifes names as Parents.
Please guide me if any one of you has faced this type of problem(Lack
of marriage certificate for H4 stamping) and the alternatives solutions
if you know any.

Sir,
Thanks for responding to my problem. Right now I am in US and my wife
is in India. For registering the marriage, both spouses must be
physically present before the Marriage Registror which is not possible
in my case.
Any suggesstions?

Where / how did you married?
Usually, being registered in the registrar of he place of your marriage
is part of the marriage itself, AFAIK it won't be consider legal
marriage without it.

So what you're saying is that you're not legally married as far as the Indian
government is concerned. Is there a previous problem, such as another wife
somewhere that you forgot to mention to this lady? If so, I'd say you've got
more problems that with US immigration. You're an asshole.

actually, there has not much suggestions we could think of.
1) do not bring your wife and son to US
or
2) go back to india and register there with your wife when you can. (not sure why you said you cannot go back to India to register. are you on the India's most wanted list so once you get in the country and they would hunt you down?)
or
3) if your wife can even get a visa to come to US, marry her in US.
