Getting Divorce After Filling for I-751
What happens if one gets divorced after the I-751 has been received by a Service
Center? Does the law require that the applicant sends an amended I-751 right away?
Can the applicant wait for the application to be totally processed and then prepare a
bone fide case if an interview is scheduled?
