Default G325 / social security number question...

My fiance and I are in the process of starting the ball rolling with the whole K1 visa application journey...exciting time, though I have a couple of questions...

* I worked in the USA at a summer camp for 3 summers and through that obtained a social security number...when any of the forms ask for MY social security number should I include this number, or would a new one be issued to me on my (hopeful!) arrival in the US?

* My passport, on the picture page, has a slight fold on the corner...I have travelled between the US and UK a handful of times with this passport and have experienced no problems, but I am sure I read somewhere that yuor passport needs to be in perfect condition - should I get it renewed?

I have searched for both of these using the search, but couldn't find anything relevant!

Your SSN is yours for life ..and longer ...

judgement call on the passport ..if it looks like it may have been tampered with... change it
