Default G-325A- who has to sign?

Hi again! If G-325A which is filled in by the spouse of an immigrant, who
has to sign the form and whose name should be stated in the box at the
bottom of the page - should an immigrant do that or the spouse? As they ask
for the alien registration number, I assume it's the immigrant who has to
fill in the box... but I believe it's the spouse who has to sign the form as
the form is always signed by the person who completes it... Am I wrong?

G325a's are required for both the petitioner and the beneficiary.
So - husband fills out G325a and signs all four copies, and wife fills out G325a and signs all 4 copies. The boxes at the bottom of the forms should contain the same name as the G325a form. So, husbands G325a would have his name in the boxes and wifes G325a would have her name in the boxes.

What if the petitioner is a child that came on a K2... For AOS you
must fill it out. Who would sign that since the child's name is on the
G325A???
