Default G-325A and Applicant's Employment

Hello,
I have few questions about filling the AOS documents.
I know they might sound silly, but I tried to find an answer in the archive (failed) and I don't want to have problems during the interview (in a year or so)

a) What kind of employment should I put in the G-325A form ?

Does a contract (creating a computer program for private person) counts for it ? (it was not a 40hrs/week type of job)

Or only a full-time/part-time employment should be put there ?

b) Should my wife go with me for filing the AOS documents, or I can do it alone ? (you never know the rules She is going to have finals then.

thanks in advance,
Darek

Come to think of it, I have a question regarding the G-325A as well.
It wants you to list all employment for the previous 5 years. The
problem I have with that is I worked for a company for almost a year,
they were bought by another company and I was transferred to another
office for a few months. The company was then bought by yet another
company and I was transferred again. Because these 3 different
locations and company names have to be listed and only spanned a year
and a half, there is no room to list employment beyond this! Do I put
the rest on another sheet of paper and attach it? Or should I print
out another G-325A and only fill in the rest of my employment? I'm so
confused!!

BTW, Sorry for intruding on your post, Darek.
