We are filling out the form, G-325A and have two questions.
1. A secion of "Date of marriage, place of Marriage" We are planning turn in a
marriage document "Konintodoke" to Japanese gov. before our wedding ceremony. My
question is that do we need to write the date that we turn in the document or do
we need to write down the actual date of our wedding?
2. "This form is submitted for in connection with application for;" There are 3
categories to choose "Naturalization", "Status as Permernent Resident",
"Other(Specify)" Which one does my fiance who are US citizen should choose?

As a USC I wrote "none" since none of those categories applied to me. My wife, the
beneficiary, wrote "status as a PR"
