Forum is Still Going Strong Yah!
It is so heart warming to see that this marriage based visa forum is still going strong after all these years. Hard to believe that it is 18 years since its inception on Deja Vu back in the late 90's.
Ian is one of the oldest members that is still here giving of himself and his experience. And you have one hell of a moderator in Rene. She is the most caring, giving and kindest member this forum has ever had.
On the 26th of this month we will be celebrating our 17th wedding anniversary having married only a few months after Ian. Both he and my husband migrated from Canada. How time does fly.
Good luck to all of you going through the process. It really isn't as daunting as you think it is. Just don't over think it.

Thanks for the kudos, Rete! I've been on this forum now for 12 years, hard to believe! This was my life-saver when my fiance was immigrating, it feels really good to give back to this community that so freely gives their time, knowledge, and experience.

Thanks everyone. Jim will be coming up to New York to share our anniversary together. Been a while since we have been able to do that. So I'm looking forward to seeing him. I spent the months of June and July with him in Mississippi and will be moving from NY to MS in the spring of 2016.
