To file petition I-129F, both part need to complete the form G-325A
Biografic Information. Is it acceptable if we use the form downloaded from
the internet ?

Can someone give an example of how to write the "letter of intent to marry"
?

Yes, you can use the Internet form.

Here's what my fiance and I submitted as our 'joint' letter of intent.
Names remove, obviously...

We, (Petitioner) and (Beneficiary), do hereby state that we are legally able
and willing to marry one another. Moreover, we intend to do so within 90
days of his entry into the United States using the K-1 Visa. Our intended
date, pending timely approval of the I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiancé, and
the K-1 visa will be sometime this summer.

And then we both signed and dated it.

You can definitely use downloaded forms from the internet. That's what I did and it went OK.

Got to k1.exit.com. The format is there.
