Re: Form G-325A, FOUR COPIES?
A "complete" G325A has four virtually identical pages, & each page must be
signed in original. If you use the fillable forms at the BCIS website, it
gives you the four pages.

Form G-325A, FOUR COPIES?
Sorry for asking so many questions but I want to get all the paperwork right
before I send it in.
Near the bottom of the 325A Biographical Information form, it says to
"Submit all four pages of this form." They are four identical copies of the
same form. HOWEVER in the instructions for the I-129F it says "submit ONE
completed 325A for you and ONE for your fiancé. Does that mean that they
want all four copies or just one copy for each person.
I sure hope it's ONE because I only had Janette fill out one when I visited
her in Davao last month. If I have to send more over to her and wait for
them to come back then that will add a month to the process.
help??

Oh great. Well I better splurge for FedEx to get the extra forms to my Honey
ASAP!
I assume I can type in all the info on her forms (since I have all the
information) and just send them to her to sign?
Thanks

Dekka and I also signed 4 original copies of the G-325A form (they appeared identical to me), for a total of 8 pages I-129F sent with our application.
I made the choice I did on the assumption that the "real" form is a NCR (carbonless) form for which one signature would create 4 copies, which would then over the life of process end up in 4 different places in INS. I could think of no other reason that the instructions asked for 4 signed copies of the same form. Anyone know if this is really the case or whether they just wanted to see if I had 4 separate versions of my signature ?

If you look at the fillable forms on the BCIS website, there is a different
routing code on the bottom of each page.

We still have a few "real" G-325A's floating around -- they are a four sheet set with carbon paper.

Booger,
Why not just have her download some, sign them and send them to you? No need to waste fedex time unless she has no access to a computer and printer.

Bingo. She's a bit out in the sticks and no computer at home. If I get them
out to her tomorrow I should have them back in 3-4 weeks. It's my error.
Damn!
