form OF-230?
 

hello, i hope someone can help... we have the from OF-230 parts 1 & 2, and on the form it says to send part 1 to the address listed on the previous page, but there is no previous page. does anyone know what the address is?
this is for a I-130 visa and we've sent the I-130 off already and are ready to send the OF-230 to speed things along, thanks for any help.
