Foriegn spouse's income NYC aos

Does foriegn spouse's income count when figuring acceptable income for
adjustment of status?

If they have lived in the household for six months, yes. They complete form I-864A. We did that with my husband's income when we AOS'd in June of 2000 in NYC. However, it is fair to note that my salary alone was more than sufficient for a family of two or three or four or more. He just wanted his income noted officially.
