Finally married! But I have questions...
 

Hi, my husband and I finally got married on Sunday, and we're filling out I-130 at the moment. I just have a couple of questions. Section 4 questions 21 and 25 ask for information about the beneficiaries spouse Does he fill in his derails for those questions?

The USC fills out the I-130. The UKC is the beneficiary. If the question asks for info on the beneficiary's spouse, it would pertain to the USC's information.

Awesome thank you. Yes the USC is filling out the form but he was confused. Just seemed weird that it was asking for the same info multiple times

The form is used for various immigration scenarios, so some questions may seem odd. You'll see that happening with other forms, too. Just answer all questions at face value, even if it seems repetitive.
