FINALLY K3 visa in my hand!
This was a good day, I got the visa K3 in my passport. I just hope I can gather energy to start the next step (AOS) which I really hope will go smooth.
The interview was not even an interview. First they asked me where we met?
- In Sweden i said
Then they asked where we are going to live
-I told here where
Then what I´m supposed to do over there
-I answerd her back
and that was it, I asked if she wanted some proof
of our relationship and she just smiled and said, you´re
fine. GREAT
The only thing that is bothering me is that they keep telling
me that it will be a mess to deal with immmigration in the US
and how much better it is to let them deal with the I130
thru a direct consular filing. They were still very nice to me though. But I can´t even bother at the moment.
The best to you all out there.

Re: FINALLY K3 visa in my hand! - how long did it take?
Congratulations Daniel!
Do you mind if I ask how long the whole process tookfor the K3? I've taken
up the gospel of DCF, but my wife still thinks a K3 visa would be easier..
Cheers

Congratulations!! Sounds like the interview was an easy one. I wish the same for my wife when her time comes, but I know her's will be more difficult. I've heard some bad stories about Mumbai.
