Hello again, people!
I'll be filing the AOS papers in the next few days, and I just wanted to clarify I have the right forms/fees.
I have:
I-485 $255
G-325a
I-864
I-765 $120
Not filing for A/P
Copy of my birth cert
Copy of marriage license
Copy of K1 approval notice
Copy of visa/I-94
Is this everything? Also, I read on here that the $50 fingerprinting fee isn't necessary for the K1 Fiance visa, but the lady on the BCIS toll free # told me it is. She's right, right?![Smile](https://britishexpats.com/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif)
Do I need to send the affidavit of support with the forms, or can I keep this and save it for the interview? I'd like to be able to include any income I'm bringing in.
How many pics do I take with me, and do they need to be adit?
Do I need to get seperate cashier's checks for each fee, and do I get them made out to BCIS or INS?
Do I just need a G-325a for me, or do I need one for Corey too? And do I need to get a copy of his birth cert?
Sorry for the bombardment of questions, but I don't want to have any reason to wait longer than I need to. I'll be filing in Miami.![Sad](https://britishexpats.com/forum/images/smilies/sad.gif)
Thanks in advance.
