Default Final Fee help

Hi all,

I am sitting with a blank cheque now that we have finally got our tax forms and my medical complete.

Can anyone clarify whether the amount of $1760 is correct for filing the following forms at once:

I-130
I-131
I-864
I-485
G-325A
G-1145
I-765
I-693
Bio Fee

If I have read this correctly I am paying $1140 (I-485) and $535 (I-130) plus $85 Bio?

Additionally, are my spouse and I required to submit two passport photographs from a photo booth?

Submit the fee for I-485 plus biometrics. Submit the fee for I-130.

Submit as many passport-style photos as the instructions call for. Keep in mind there are several sets of instructions...different form, different instructions.

Would you suggest doing so as two separate cheques or will it matter?

I would do one check for the I-485 and biometrics, and a separate check for the I-130, because they really are two separate applications and me get separated when they open your packet.
