#1. Considering the problem with my A# (how its wrong on my visa and
on my I-94 and there is another number on my NOA which should be the right one
because its only off by 1 number on the visa and I94)in the spots where it asks
for it should i put the wrong # thats in my visa, or put the number on my NOA? or
leave it blank?

#2 on the G-325A form, it says this form is submitted in connection
with application for: naturalization, status as permanent resident, or other specify,
what do i put?

#3 I got fingerprint cards, i dont do anything with those yet right?
they will tell me at the INS office when i go do them?

#4 Form I-765 askes me if i have ever before applied for empliyment
aurthorization from ins, i'm taking i put no but wasnt sure because i have
authorization with the K1.

It also asks place of last entry into the us, do i put the POE where i crossed or
where i went to? and when it says current immigration status do i put K1 Visa?

#5 Form I-131 when you get to part 3 processing information, it says
if applying for an adcance parole document skip to part 7, so i dont fill out
ANYTHING else just go right to part 7?

#6 i have this form I-485 Data sheet for indianapolis, which has to be
submitted it askes me for the number of last nonimmigrant visa, what do i put there?
and then it asks for classification of last nonimmigrant visa, what do i put there?
It also asked, nonimmigrant classification at time of application filing i put K1
that is correct right???

#7 Form I-485 It asks for I-94 number what is that and where is that
its not my A# (which is wrong lol) written on the BACK of the I-94 is it? Then it
asks for current INS status, i assume that would be K1 Visa? and the Expiry date
would be the one on my visa? Again place of last entry POE? or where i am?

#8 MAN WE HAVE TO FILL OUT AN AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT AGAIN????? wont
they have all this stuff already????? URGH!!!

#9 I have this form I-864A what the hell is this about?? Do i need to
fill this out its confusing.....

SOrry for the long and MANY questions guys......Just got my Adit photos done, doing

Andy Platt is a good person to answer your questions. I recently sent off my AOS
papers (with a few queries answered by him in this NG) and I can tell you what I
wrote down, but I don't know yet whether I wrote the right stuff, i.e., I haven't had
an feedback from the INS yet.

Got me there. I'd put the one in my visa, maybe write a note with the I-485
explaining the discrepancy.

    >#2 on the G-325A form, it says this form is submitted in connection
    >with application for: naturalization, status as permanent resident, or other

I put status as permanent resident.

    >#3 I got fingerprint cards, i dont do anything with those yet right?
    >they will tell me at the INS office when i go do them?

I believe so. I paid the fingerprint fee with my forms, explaining on the covering
letter what the cheque was for.

    >#4 Form I-765 askes me if i have ever before applied for empliyment
    >aurthorization from ins, i'm taking i put no but wasnt sure because i have
    >authorization with the K1.

K1 doesn't give you authorisation to work. You put "no" if you've never received an
EAD from them before. This is the c9 eligibility category. If you got a 90 day one
when you had your K1 visa, before you got married, that's a6 eligibility category and
I suppose you would put "yes" if you are now applying for your 1 year EAD.

    >It also asks place of last entry into the us, do i put the POE where i crossed or
    >where i went to? and when it says current immigration status do i put K1 Visa?

According to Andy, you put down the place where you entered the country on this last
occasion, with your K1 visa.

Also according to the Great Man you put down: "Fiance(e) (K-1)" on the I-485;
"pending permanent resident" on the I-765. This is what I did, but like I said, I
haven't heard back from the VSC yet.

    >#5 Form I-131 when you get to part 3 processing information, it says
    >if applying for an adcance parole document skip to part 7, so i dont fill out
    >ANYTHING else just go right to part 7?

I applied for Advanced Parole for just in case my folks have an emergency back home.
I wrote for section 3, Date of expected departure, "Unkown as yet" - Expected length
of trip "unknown as yet". For 4, 5 and 6 I put N/A. Most of the INS instructions
advise you put N/A rather than leave a section blank.

    >#6 i have this form I-485 Data sheet for indianapolis, which has to be
    >submitted it askes me for the number of last nonimmigrant visa, what do i put there?

The K1 you arrived on, the number in red on the visa in your passport.

    >and then it asks for classification of last nonimmigrant visa, what do i put there?
    >It also asked, nonimmigrant classification at time of application filing i put K1
    >that is correct right???

That's what I did.

    >#7 Form I-485 It asks for I-94 number what is that and where is that
    >its not my A# (which is wrong lol) written on the BACK of the I-94 is it?

Your I-94 is the card you got when you came in last time.

This is from a post of mine a couple of weeks ago;

    >> The field "I-94#" . I have my little I-94 Departure Record in my Passport next to
    >> the visa. It was stapled there by the INS guy at the airport when I arrived last
    >> month. It has a number beneath the line "Departure Number" that has the format
    >> XXXXXXXXX XX, which corresponds in increments with a series of lines beneath, so
    >> I assume it is sometimes written in by hand. Is this number the I-94 number that i
    >> should write in this field in my I 485 form?

Andy said yes to this so that's what I put down. It made sense.

Then
    >it asks for current INS status, i assume that would be K1 Visa?

According to the Andy, as I said above, you put down: "Fiance(e) (K-1)" on the
I-485; "pending permanent resident" on the I-765.

    >and the Expiry date would be the one on my visa?

Yes.

    >Again place of last entry POE? or where i am?

Where you came in on your K1 and they took your packet 3 etc.

    >#8 MAN WE HAVE TO FILL OUT AN AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT AGAIN????? wont
    >they have all this stuff already????? URGH!!!

Yep, it's dumb, but it's a different form to last one, which of course makes it
alright......

    >#9 I have this form I-864A what the hell is this about?? Do i need to
    >fill this out its confusing.....

Most of it will need to be filled out by your partner.

As for the cheques, look at the INS website. Different places have different
preferences, don't ask me why.

I would put the number from your NOA2 as it is your real A# and not the wrong one.

    > #2 on the G-325A form, it says this form is submitted in connection

Status as Permanent Resident Read through this site if you haven't
http://k1.exit.com/AOS.html

    > #3 I got fingerprint cards, i dont do anything with those yet right?
    > they will tell me at the INS office when i go do them?

Is the fingerprint card the I-765 Signature Card? If so it's no longer necessary.
If not I would hold on to them until you're fingerprinted.

    > #4 Form I-765 askes me if i have ever before applied for empliyment

No

    > where i went to? and when it says current immigration status do i put K1 Visa?

POE K-1 Pending Adjustment

    > #5 Form I-131 when you get to part 3 processing information, it says
    > if applying for an adcance parole document skip to part 7, so i dont fill out

I didn't apply...yet.

Put your K-1 visa number, I believe it's red. Check
http://k1.exit.com/AOS.html K-1 K-1

    > #7 Form I-485 It asks for I-94 number what is that and where is that

The I-94 has it's own number (black) K-1 (unless your past the 90 days), date's on
the visa POE

    > #8 MAN WE HAVE TO FILL OUT AN AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT AGAIN????? wont
    > they have all this stuff already????? URGH!!!

I believe the I-864 is a little different.

    > #9 I have this form I-864A what the hell is this about?? Do i need to

Only if your husband doesn't meet the poverty requrements and someone else is
co-sponsoring

I submitted seperate Postal Money Orders. One for 485, one for 765 and one for
fingerprinting fee. If you're going to Indianapolis look here http://www.ins.gov/graphics/field-
offices/indianapolis/aboutus.htm
If you have to go to Chicago (where I applied)
look here http:/-

Good Luck!
