Hi all, its been a while! Been busy working and having a kid... my K3 expires in just under one month so I figured I better go ahead and file my AOS. (would have done it sooner but never could raise the $$$). Just checking up on the latest forms etc.. Someone correct me if I am wrong but it is right that you now have to have the medical completed so you can file I-693 along with your I-485? If so then I better get myself medicalised pretty quickly! I have under one month to get this sorted <----- stoopid

If it's been over a year since your overseas medical, then you will most likely need a new one.
