Filing Form I-130 for relative - do I need to send notarized copies of documents?
 
filing for a parent - do they accept copies or does it need to be notarized?

Always send originals of forms, and photocopies of evidence. Evidence does not need to be notarized unless specifically requested. The originals should be brought to the interview.
