Default Filed our I129F 07/03/02, and no response. Is this normal?

Hi everyone,

We filed our 129F in California. So far, no response. Should I get a
lawyer, or keep being patient about this?

How do you know if the INS lost our papers? Do they call you, or just
wait until you get in contact with them?

Thanks!

donahso is an unknown quantity at this point
Default NOA1

Did you receive you Notice of Action with a receipt number?

Did you send a personal check for the fee? If so, was it cashed?

Did you send it with delivery confirmation or return receipt requested? If so, did you confirm that it was delivered?

If you can not confirm that it was actually delivered, it sounds like it is 'lost in the mail'. You will need to resubmit it. I hope you kept a copy of everything you originally sent.

Until you get a NOA with a receipt number, there is no way, that I am aware of, to get any information from CSC.

If you can elaborate on 'so far, no response', I'm sure you will get some suggestions.
