Filed I-130, AOS for K1?
My fiance entered to the USA with a k-1.The lawyer seems to think adding
the l-130 for information purposes is a good idea.
So I filed I-130 with AOS last week. Is that alright or will it cause a
problem? We have I-129F approval.
