Hi i Applied for the Adjustment of status based on a marriage to US
Citizen Last year and got a letter from Newark,New Jersey office INS
notifying important dates. Now i was on H1B visa and was laid off
and my wife is pregnant and has to leave her job too.Now we have moved
to georgia with my mother in law and plan to live here for few years
and get our own apartment etc.
What should i do.Keep my case in New jersey.Would i hav to prove my
residence in new jersey at the time of intreview.Should i move my case
to georgia i am afraid that file would get lost and many more
hasseles. What is advised in this scenario.
Should i keep my case in new jersey.Or try to move it to gergia in
this case it would be easy traveling also i live in hinsville gergia
around 50 miles from savannah i assume INS here would have faster
processing times than new jersey. Also should i notify INS of my
address change or keep it as it is with mail forwarding or give any
other relatives New jersey address

The problem is that they are going to mail your interview appointment to the address on record. Of course, if you don't show up at your interview, the fact that you moved to Georgia and didn't get the letter isn't a good excuse, and I would guess you'd have a lot of trouble trying to get a new appointment without starting all over.
I recommend you inform the Newark office of your new address (via certified mail, so you have record.) In all likelihood they will forward your file to Atlanta whenever they get around to doing it. In principle, you should enter the Atlanta queue with whatever date is posted on your application confirmation, which may or may not work in your favor. If none of this is reassuring, join the club.
If it was me, I would show up at the Newark office to see if I could arrange to have my file to be transferred, to offer some peace of mind that it actually occurs.
