Hey, does my fiancé use her new married name when filing for change of status
following our marriage, and will this complicate things?

Not at all. Actually, in my case it simplified things. I have my alien card, drivers
licence, social security, credit/debit cards etc. etc. all in my my married name.
Your marriage licence allows you to do that. Hope that helps, Ranjini
