File sent to consulate abrod (CR1 visa) - what next??

hi to all!!
**immigrant visa marrige to a u.s. citizen I-130 (cr1 visa)**
the automatic responce system said that my case wascompleted on 15
march 2003
than after one week it changed to" NVC has completed te processing of
the case and sent to the consulate / embessy in mumbai consulate"
(INDIA).
when i will expect my visa intrview to be sheduled?
when will i get letter which told me about my intrview and medical
examination.?

Approved I-130's take a while to clear NVC, I have seen timeframes from 1-3 months.

It took about two weeks for the letter from the NVC to reach me, and my husband's interview was within six weeks. In our case, the NVC scheduled the interview and sent the information to me. I'm not sure whether that is the process for in place for the consulate in India. In any event, I would guess that you will receive further information within a couple of weeks.

PS: I called the NVC before receiving the letter (once I heard the message that the NVC had completed processing) and spoke with an operator who was able to tell me the interview date.
