Hi Sam

Approved I-130's take a while to clear NVC, I have seen timeframes from 1-3 months.
Sorry I can't be of any help!!
Good Luck!!

Hi Sam,

It took about two weeks for the letter from the NVC to reach me, and my husband's interview was within six weeks. In our case, the NVC scheduled the interview and sent the information to me. I'm not sure whether that is the process for in place for the consulate in India. In any event, I would guess that you will receive further information within a couple of weeks.

Best wishes,
Katie

PS: I called the NVC before receiving the letter (once I heard the message that the NVC had completed processing) and spoke with an operator who was able to tell me the interview date.
