Does anyone know the timeline to apply for Fiancee visa? My fiancee wants to
move here sometime next year early Febuary 2007. When is the good time for
me to apply for her?

Would you said it is fair that the whole process will take about 3 months
and she has about 3 months to enter the US? If that's the case then I should
apply her visa no earlier than September/October of 2005.

What are the process so I can prepare all the paperwork from now? I should
get my Citizenship by then (I hope).

Depend on the country.. how busy the embassy is .. 3 month is a bit optimistic at this time ...for places like london

Hi Al,

Once your fiancee has the K-1 visa in hand, she has 6 months to use it to enter the USA.

You can't send in the I-129F petition until you actually ARE a citizen.
