Default Fiance visa - supporting documents question

Both my fiancé and I are divorced, me in Ontario, him in Florida.

My question is about the documents required for the i-129f petition. In Ontario, I
can get a certificate of divorce, or a copy of the full Decree Absolute. Which one
do I need?

I also cannot figure out from the state of Florida's vital statistics web page what
exactly is available in Florida. Can anyone shed any light on either of these two
questions? Thanks

I can at least answer the first question for you as I'm originally from Ontario. You
only require a copy of the Certificate of Divorce.

Jim submitted his Absolute Decrees from Ontario for his his first two marriages for the I-129F and it was acceptable.
