extension? Or do we have to get maried within one month before the three month visa
expires? Does anyone know? Thanks. Rick and Reyita

The fiance visa is not extendable. It is much preferred to marry within the 3 months
of status, but you can wait until the day before the visa expires if you want.
You *might* be able to marry AFTER the visa's 90 days of status, and then when you
filed adjustment, file an I-130 in addition to the I-485, however I don't really
recommend that. if at the end of 90 days you are not sure about marriage, I'd let her
go back home and give it some more time and see how she feels after that.
International marriage is hard enough when you are sure, so if you are not sure, I
would not do it.
