My finace and I have sent in all of the papers needed for the I129F pettition for the
Fiance. We received a Notice of Action and that we would here a response in 70 to a 100 days. But now it's about a month past the 100 day mark. So we were wondering what excatly we should do. Do we keep waiting patiently or do we try to make contact with the INS or something. Thanks for any sort of answer. Liz and Max |

I was reading on a time estimating site, that the time to hear if it was excepted at the TCS was 28-41 days!!! When did it get THAT LONG?? Since the terrorist attack?? I am VERY discouraged!! Or is that time that the WHOLE Thing will be through including the interview etc.. ? Lynn |
