My finace and I have sent in all of the papers needed for the I129F pettition for the
Fiance. We received a Notice of Action and that we would here a response in 70 to a
100 days. But now it's about a month past the 100 day mark. So we were wondering what
excatly we should do. Do we keep waiting patiently or do we try to make contact with
the INS or something. Thanks for any sort of answer. Liz and Max

Wait patiently. The times quoted on the notice of action are definitely estimates. If
you are using TSC, it may take considerably longer than the notice states, in fact.
If you need more help, there is a newsgroup more suited to your situation:
alt.visa.us.marriage-based If you cannot access this group on your personal news
server, try http://groups.google.com

WOW.. that is a LONG time.. I was reading on a time estimating site, that the time to
hear if it was excepted at the TCS was 28-41 days!!! When did it get THAT LONG??
Since the terrorist attack?? I am VERY discouraged!! Or is that time that the WHOLE
Thing will be through including the interview etc.. ? Lynn

I don't know how long they are running right now at Texas, however they have been up
to 5 months easy in the past.

You can find some more info from those using this service center at this
