Default A few questions in regards to I-485 filing

My wife arrived in the US on K3 Spousal visa on Aug. 23, 2004 and then
on Sept. 1, 2004 her I-130 was approved. Currently I am filing the
I-485 for adjustment of status, and the I-765(EAD) but I still have a
few questions even after going through this New Group:

Question 1: I-485 Part 3 Nonimmigrant visa number: Some say it is the
control number on the K3 visa and others say it is the red number on
the visa. Can someone please tell me which number is correct
nonimmigrant visa number?

Question 2: Since my I-130 application was approved, do I still need
to fill out a G-325A for I-485? or should I just attach the I-130
NOA2? The BCIS lady on the 800 number told me that I do not have to
file the G-325A, is this lady correct?

Question 3: I was going through the I-131 instructions and it said
that if my spouse has K3 visa and has filed for I-485(AOS) then she
does not need to file for AP but the BCIS lady told me that I have to
file for AP otherwise if my wife travels out of the country it will be
considered abandonment of the visa process and she will not be able to
enter this country. Is this correct?

Question 4: Should I send the I-485 and I-765 together or should I
send them in seperately?

Thanks in advance.
