Fee Question

Hello all,

Going over the forms again to actually get them sent since our wedding in November.

If I am submitting the I-485 and the others that are needed all at once do I need to pay the $410 for the I-765 EAD form too or do they not charge if filing it all at once?

No extra fee for the I-765 and I-131 when filed concurrently with the I-485. It's all part of the I-485 fee.

Be sure to mail them all in one package.

Also add the fee for biometrics.
